At HOZZKO® and KØZY SNÜG®, we want your cozy order to arrive quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and how to track your order.

- Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $150 and $250 respectively.

Shipping options, thresholds & rates (Canada & US)
- Canada (most provinces): Free Standard Shipping on orders $150+ CAD (after discounts, before tax) — Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan.
- Canada (rest of provinces/territories): Free Standard Shipping on orders $250+ CAD (after discounts, before tax) — Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Yukon.
- United States (selected states): Free Standard Shipping on orders $110+ USD (after discounts, before tax). Items shipped from within the United States are not subject to import duties or tariffs. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Import duties/tariffs apply only if an item ships internationally; items shipped from within the United States are not subject to import duties or tariffs. Unfortunetaly, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Pre-Orders & Cancellations
- What’s a pre-order? A pre-order is an item that isn’t yet available at our fulfillment centers but is already scheduled or in transit to us. These products can be purchased in advance and will ship as soon as they arrive, generally by the approximate date shown on the product page.
- When will my pre-order ship? The date displayed on the product page is an estimate. Our fulfillment team works hard to get your order out quickly, but during peak periods (sales events, licensed drops, Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.) there may be slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- How do cancellations work? Pre-orders cancelled within 7 days of purchase are refunded to the original payment method. After 7 days, cancellations and approved returns for pre-order items are issued as store credit.
- Important notes
- Claims for issues with pre-order items must be submitted within 30 days and include the required proof; claims submitted later may not be eligible.
- We reserve the right to refuse claims that don’t meet these conditions or show signs of misuse.
- If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier (and any shipping protection you selected); this is separate from returns for product damage.
Lost or stolen packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier (and any shipping protection you selected). This is separate from damage-related returns.

During peak periods (sales events, licensed drops, Black Friday/Boxing Day), fulfillment and transit times may experience slight delays—thank you for your patience.
