Cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for special purchase options at HOZZKO® / KØZY SNÜG®—including pre-orders, and personalized/made-to-order items. It should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

 

 

1) Pre-orders

 

  • You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • If we cannot fulfill a pre-order (e.g., supplier delay beyond a reasonable timeframe), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2) Personalized / made-to-order items

 

(Examples: laser-engraved candles, custom jewelry, or items noted as “custom.”)

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After production has started, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, except for defects covered by our warranty/returns policy.

3) How to cancel

 

Please email contact@hozzko.com with:

  • Subject: “Cancellation Request”
  • Your order number (and subscription ID if applicable)
  • The email, name, and shipping address on the order

We’ll confirm by email once the cancellation is processed.

 

4) Payment authorizations & failed payments

 

  • For pre-orders, we may place an authorization and capture funds before shipment.
  • If a payment fails or an authorization cannot be captured, we may cancel the order after notifying you.

5) Refund timing

 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer (typically 5–10 business days). Gift-card purchases are refunded as store credit.

 

6) Changes & address updates

 

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes, contact us before fulfillment. Once an order is marked as fulfilled, we may not be able to modify it.

 

7) Policy changes & jurisdiction

 

We may update this policy at any time. The version posted at checkout applies to your order. This policy is governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
