Welcome to HOZZKO® / KØZY SNÜG® (the “Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policies (collectively, the “Policies”).

 

If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

 

1) Eligibility & Account

 

  • You must be the age of majority in your province/state or have parental consent.
  • You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2) Products & Availability

 

  • We design and sell lifestyle apparel and accessories (including KØZY SNÜG® wearable hoodies/sets) and home-fragrance items (including candles and personalized/engraved pieces).
  • We try to display colors, fabrics, and finishes accurately, but cannot guarantee device-to-device color accuracy or natural material variations.
  • We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our sole discretion.

3) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

 

  • Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.

4) Orders, Pre-Orders & Cancellations

 

  • Order Acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject it. If we cancel after charging you, we’ll promptly issue a refund.
  • Pre-Orders. Pre-order items charge at checkout. Estimated ship dates are good-faith estimates and not guarantees; production or logistics changes may shift timelines. You may cancel a pre-order before fulfillment begins by contacting us (see Contact section).
  • Edits/Address Changes. Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes. Verify your shipping address carefully.
  • Fraud Prevention. We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Insurance

 

  • Shipping options, costs, and timelines are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Optional shipment protection (if offered) is governed by its own terms.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

 

  • Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility windows, required condition, and steps.
  • Personalized/engraved items and custom orders are final sale unless defective or damaged in transit (with required proof per our policy).
  • Except where prohibited by law, products are sold “as is” and “as available.” We provide no express or implied warranties beyond those required by law.

7) User Content (Reviews, Photos)

 

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in any media to operate, promote, and improve the Store. You represent you own or control the rights to any User Content you post and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

 

8) Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to: (a) use the Store for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to breach security, interfere with operations, or scrape/harvest data; (c) upload malicious code; (d) infringe intellectual property; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

 

9) Intellectual Property

 

All content on the Store—including text, graphics, product names, and logos—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. HOZZKO® and KØZY SNÜG® are trademarks and/or registered trademarks. No license is granted except as needed to use the Store for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

10) Third-Party Services

 

The Store may link to third-party sites, apps, or services (e.g., payment providers, shipping protection, affiliate platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

 

11) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

 

  • Promotions/discounts may have separate terms, limits, and expiry dates; they cannot be combined unless stated.
  • Gift cards and store credit are redeemable only for eligible products/services from our Store and are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.

12) Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenues, arising from your use of the Store or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

 

13) Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

 

14) Privacy

 

Your submission of personal information through the Store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

 

15) Changes to the Terms

 

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

 

16) Governing Law & Disputes

 

These Terms and any transactions are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, and applicable Canadian federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Nova Scotia will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
